Chris I started watching your videos because I am an avid camper and spend so much time in Algonquin park with my Brother on boys trips and now with my wife and kids who have realized my passion with the park. I never have a camera with me as I love to keep those moments in my mind but watching your videos I know the lakes, streams, and portages so well it’s nice to see the spots I have in my mind and it brings that sense of calm back. I watched this last video of the tribute to your wife and I was so moved. It was so thoughtful and moving it brought me to tears. Wish you two all the best on your future adventures. You inspire me to be a better person.

Julia& Chris, Rainy day here in the Adirondacks and I was taking a day off from my vegetable garden and woodpile. I found your video while looking at canoe vids during my lunch hour. 60 year old retired Army and living off my land here in the Dacks. I am opinionated, strictly disciplined by profession, and always say my Peace. I was truly and amazingly touched by the both of you. You touched my heart, which many have said is impossible. I have been flowing your channel for a while. My wife and I just celebrated out 47th anniversary . Every year is better than the previous. How wonderful it is to find and experience such LOVE, no matter who you are, or who you love, because Love is Love and everyone deserves to find it, to know it, to feel it, to share it, and to live it. I found my soulmate 20 years ago and sadly due to circumstances of life I will never be with him but yet I know deep in my heart of what you spoke about in this video. It was the only case narrow enough to put in my back pocket without giving it away... though I had to put it inside a plastic special-needs transition bag the day before, along with hundreds of other competitor's bags which were being tossed in a giant bin -gulp!- ...and then picked it up during the run stage of the race :)
