When you mentioned the recycling habits of self sabotage i feel you not only from my experiences but that looming regret blended with good ole putting oneself down. gotta chime in on discovering you fuc with one piece EH WHAT!>/?!! like you weren't already single handedly one of the dopest individuals to exist & considering you could've left different aspects of you're life unfinished cause there was a time when your will was lost and then eventually becoming complete once you and your soul mate came to be its understandable you weren't invested in other reasons to live. Look into burpee training aswell as Tabata traing these are 2 tried and true routines that will help you lose weight and gain lean muscle at the same time . Just some advice and you got this bro 100 percentv💯. You already have the mind state and that is half the battle the other half is staying motivated and slowly changing your eating habits . I remember exactly 3 years ago when I looked in the mirror and wasn’t upset with who I saw anymore. Not only I wasn’t upset but I was pleased with who I saw. I’m not as fit as I was then but the love is still in me even today after regaining roughly 30 pounds. It’s not just the physical but it’s the mental. And I say that to say the love is always in you somewhere! You’re a bright and charismatic individual, and I hope you can eventually see how the joy you spread to others can be translated back to yourself. I'm about 140 and have always struggled to put on weight and get stronger. Been in therapy for about 3 years, starting to love myself in some areas, still struggling on the romantic side though. Although there's some differences in our paths, there's some similarities as well. I will be trying to keep up with your journey. Wish you the best.
