Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

I think the markets were dumping today a lot more based on the bond market than anything. It actually seemed liked the market wanted to go up. Every time the 10 year Bond either paused, or went down the markets would try to rip up. The problem was most of the day the bond market yields were going up. Every time the bond yields would go up Market momentum would stop in reverse. I hate being negative, but Bond yields are getting up there. If we had 5% on the 10 year, it’s gonna be really tough for the markets to get going. It looks like we might’ve just broke out of a down trend started in mid July of 2023 too for bond yields
