Chrissy Rutherford is a creative entrepreneur working as a digital creator, writer, brand consultant, and podcast host after spending 15 years in the fashion industry. In 2021, Chrissy launched her must-read newsletter FWD JOY, where she writes personal essays about her mental health, self-care, and life experiences- as well as interviews friends and people she admires about topics ranging from astrology to dating to overcoming addiction.
