I feel like feta cheese would be a better choice than blue cheese. Blue cheese has a super over powering taste and it tastes better in combo with something like wings. Spinach-feta is always a great pairing imo

There was way too much happening in Chrissy's dip. Carla was the obvious choice...it just needed more spinach. You can't call it spinach dip with 2 tbsp of spinach..its just cheese dip then.

Crissy' version is fine, but the challenge was for spinach dip. The chicken doesn't belong because it is also changing the flavor. You aren't comparing equal items. I think Carla's could have had artichokes added to hers and maybe more spinach. :)
