@@JassyFitness long story short, that sent me defective bundles and refused to compensate for it. The were good for about 2-3 weeks and then they were just a matted mess regardless of daily maintenance. I would wash the hair and by the time it dried it was immediately matted. I actually have some pictures on TikTok demonstrating how bad they were. As soon as I posted that all of a sudden they wanted to refund me 1 bundle worth of hair when it was “impossible” for them to do that before. I’m still disputing and should know the resolution soon.
