Reading the Bible at night might work well for you. Your house is probably quieter and less busy after your kids are asleep. We're so fortunate that God is available 24/7. I'm not a morning person at all, so I read the Bible at night. I personally feel the most peace, calmness, and ability to focus when it's dark outside and the world seems to slow down. Also, God will meet you in the middle of the craziness if you live a hectic life. This past school year I found it so helpful to my stress/anxiety to pray in the morning while I was brushing my teeth and washing my face. Starting the day by giving my worries to God was so incredible for me and truly taught me to trust Him. It allowed me to walk into each day confidently knowing that God was on my side and helping me make it through my to-do list every day. Even little 10 minute pockets of time throughout the day are useful for connecting to God. I would pray when I was walking around campus. I'd read a devotional while I was eating my lunch. God will meet you anywhere at any time for any duration.

I know this video is a couple months old already but I needed this. This morning I woke up and instantly started being so negative toward myself. Then I thought to myself "girl you're 22, you know you're loved why are you hating yourself" so I went back to bed and tried again 😂 this time when I woke up I prayed and asked God to help me see myself as he sees me. I'm not religious in the slightest and don't subscribe to any religion (after many years of pondering and actually being baptised catholic and going to a catholic school) but I've been watching lots of 'morning routines' of Christian people. It looks super soothing and relaxing what you're doing, and I guess I could kind of equate it to myself through meditation or writing down positive affirmations. It's nice to see how other people do their thang ✨💕

During my day I study a lot for my exam, so I "didn't have time" for my moment with Jesus, so now I wake up at 4:30 am and read the Bible is the first thing I do in my day
