This is exactly what I needed. I have my first real day of school tomorrow and last year I didn’t do the best job at evangelizing or even talking about Jesus. This year my goal is to fix that and I spent literally all summer alone with him and even got baptized and I feel a lot more prepared for this year. Y’all please pray for me 😭🤍 I’m a 20 year old baby Christian going back into the faith and just getting baptized last week. I never had sex, never drank, never did drugs, and never even had my first kiss! I pray the Lord sends me a tight knit Christian community and the strength to not only hold my GPA up but to remember that Jesus will provide for His daughters and sons this school year. Oh my gosh God is so good. I prayed for a friend in my spanish class because I was all alone and I’m not very extroverted. The very next day a new girl came into the class and I just got up and had the confidence to talk to her. Now we’re friends and I don’t hate that class anymore. Praise God. ❤

Wow God is just so amazing! I remember when I first moved schools, I was also very shy and introverted and I had no friends but I prayed to God to provide me with friends even if it was just one person by the Friday of the second week. And glory be to God, I made my very first friend that Friday! God is so good!!

Guys I don’t go to a Christian school and yet I found a girl in my school she told me she prayed for Christian friends and yet she was the one who got me closer to God when I didn’t know him now we support each other in our faith and I praise God for sending her to me!! The Lord will give you the friend in Christ you just have to pray about it and get yourself out there REMEMBER GODS GOT THIS ❤❤

Thank you so much for all of this amazing advice! I'm a sophomore this year, and these are some of the tips I learned as a freshman that really helped me as the year went on: 1.) Be bold in your faith and take every opportunity to share the gospel 2.) Don't gossip AND don't listen to it - politely shut down the conversation, change the conversation, or even just walk away! Rejoice in truth, not evil 3.) Wake up early to Bible study, and maybe even do a quick Bible app devotional during a free time at school (this really helped my mindset last year!) 4.) Make homework/studying fun by going to a coffee shop or library, lighting a candle, playing calm worship music, wearing comfy clothes, etc. 5.) Spend time with friends that are either Christians or are willing/open to learn! If there aren't any Christian friends at your school, start a Jesus club, bible study, or get plugged into youth group! 6.) Decorate locker with verse cards or stickers 7.) Don't just look for people who like you to spend time around, look for the people who need a friend 8.) Have an accountability partner (an older, godly friend or family member) who can mentor you in your high school struggles

It’s a lesson God has really been teaching me lately…I’ve been pretty isolated my whole life, gone a year at a time without going to any church or school and therefore not having any socialisation…so when I do find myself able to have social interaction and meet people I’m desperate to make friends and have company…but I’ve started to learn to get everything I need from Christ instead of wanting something from other people, and it works a lot better 😅 This whole video is actually really awesome and helpful as I am starting school in a couple months so tysm! ❤

Hi!! Thank you for sharing a piece of yourself and your journey with us in your comment 🫶🏾 what really encourages me is knowing that every moment is a new way for me to see Jesus show Himself to me! So even in the moments where you feel alone, God wants to show you how much He is here for you and how present He is in your life. This could be hearing a random song that means so much to you and God reminding you that He knows the little things about you. It is such a beautiful experience to have the creator of all things be your best friend!! That’s way cooler than having all of the friends here physically on earth. But knowing that your Father in Heaven is your best friend and that He’s truly present with you even though you can’t see Him physically is the most beautiful gift that we ever get to treasure. So remember that in Psalm 23, the Lord is your shepherd, and you don’t need and you shouldn’t want anything else but Him! So He’s putting that scripture into action in your life right now by allowing you to only want and need Him. It is of course okay to bring your feelings about not having friends to God! He wants to comfort you and be with you so you are allowed to share your feelings with Him. You are allowed to come boldly before God’s throne because Jesus died for you so that you can speak to your Father in heaven whenever you need Him! You are loved, seen and known by your Father in heaven. So nothing can stand in your way this year or ever. You’ve got this as long as you have your Father and a friend in Jesus Christ!! And the Holy Spirit, who is your comforter and will guide you into all truth is with you too!! So you’re extra covered, comforted and seen! ❤️❤️ I pray that is encouraging!!

I am a mum of teens and twenty somethings! This was wonderful wisdom, for kids in high school, university and first jobs. I also found the video so helpful for myself, since I am also feeling very anxious about going "back to school", I am a substitute teacher! You have a wonderful ministry that reaches all over the world for all ages and stages. Please can you do a video on how to address all that is going on in the world/end times ministry and how to approach these topics with this age group. It is often very difficult to talk about Godly things in school/workplaces. Thank you and God bless
