This explains EVERYTHING. How Christian was able to pull so many all nighters, or go to bed at 2am and be back at the gym at 6am and never seem to burn out. Why he was constantly dripping in sweat. How was able to stay so shredded at every comp (not to take away from his hard work the guy definitely worked harder than everyone but taking amphetamines definitely helped)

Yeah this needs to be emphasized more. I believe he is a hard worker and did put his energy in the right space. But it would not be possible to do all of this in such a timeframe without the fuel of amphetamines. Thankfully I learned early on in healthcare the level of abuse adderall has among "high performing" individuals. Its the same with PED's as well though too, people love to just skate around something that was a MASSIVE contributing factor to where they are. Thankfully more transparency is coming out around things like this.

The No adderall seems to be giving him a clearer mind! Talking normal and actually laughing a real laugh other than seeming half in and out the whole time! Dude actually seemed fun to be around for once! Hopefully we get more of this dude

I am a licensed psychologist and I just want to say Christian is right. There are companies out there online where you can take an iPad test and you are essentially paying for a guarantee ADHD diagnosis. These companies are not legitimate and many PCPS are starting to figure this out and will no longer accept those evaluations. Now it’s becoming required to have an assessment by a licensed provider in some part to avoid overprescribing stimulants. I am very passionate about this topic as I do ADHD evals every week and would be happy to talk further.

What is your feedback on treating adhd? I have an appointment today for possible treatment discussion and I’m terrified. I’m taking the TOVA test and discussing options. I’m so worried about the pros, cons, risks, and benefits. If I’m ultimately going to feel worse down the road then I don’t want to treat but if you think it can be a solution without the cons outweighing then I will explore. I’m just so nervous

The Adderall discussion makes so much more sense with Christian now. Been following the guy for so long, when he made that video months back where he was completely not himself I bet it had something to do with the Adderall. And for so many years he would be saying how he didn’t sleep overnight or only slept two hours, of course the Adderall is doing that to him. Really hope he evens out and gets the clarity that he needs. The pharmaceutical industry is the most evil industry in the world.

9:50 Doesn't that basically mean he wasn't ready for marriage? He said that saying "not right now" at the end of the last podcast led to a conversation (which obviously means Heidi saw and questioned him), then she paused the TV show, said she wants to get married, and they had a conversation that led to him buying her a ring. But didn't he already know she wanted to get married? Why did it take Heidi basically giving him an ultimatum for him to propose? I feel bad for both of them because he doesn't deserve to be pressured into changing his timeline, and Heidi deserves someone that is READY for marriage. She never should have had to wait so long and basically beg for a proposal.

Honestly almost unsurprising with the adderall addiction… it was always weird about preaching putting in the work, hustle and grind, staying awake for 3 days straight to build out alphaland, on top of taking steroids during bodybuilding, multiple energy drinks, massive weight fluctuations. We get it hard work never sleeps esp you’re the one who has to pay back the massive loans/taxes on multiple businesses - but dam dawg you’re jeopardizing your health for the future. You’d think you wanna be able to live long, have no health complications into your late 30s and actually be there for your kids. Rather have health than literally killing yourself. Meanwhile the average American citizen like us working 60 hours a week just to barely survive and support a family. Regardless we’re all glad you’re acknowledging your addiction, really focusing on your health. Everyone is proud of the success, you made it dawg. Money will never be an issue for you, your legacy is cemented. Next up is your health and the future of your family guzman. Peace n love blessings brother.

I really want this question to be answered how did he get prescribed 90 mg of Adderall daily when I know every doctor here in Florida has said 60 mg daily is the maximum legal limit. How is he getting prescribed 90 mg a day? I understand you can make exceptions or the law might be different in a different state but I’m genuinely asking how this happened. I’ve heard of somebody getting prescribed 240 mg daily but that was for an extreme case so once again, if anyone has the answer, I’m really curious as to how he got prescribed 90 mg of Adderall daily when the legal limit is 60 mg

Christian should have a look at why Sam Sulek is blowing up. He is basically doing the same thing Christian was doing 10 years ago with the Detonation and early Summer Shredding series. The more personal car conversations, the simple tripod set up, the kitchen prep scenes. Its classic KZbin and the same reason why it was a success a decade ago is the same reason why a new generation is connecting with Sam Sulek today. A lot of Christian’s early followers have careers and kids now, so the engagement would naturally be less.

I think there’s a point a diminishing returns when it comes to addy. I had the same experience and I noticed the first couple years it was great, but towards the end of my use I would focus on a really singular minuet detail and would spin my wheels for hours and not be productive at all. The effects during the first year vs the usage during my final year make it seem like a totally different substance

great that christian kicked his addy addiction but needs to be careful not pick up another negative addiction in its place. Focus on your health dude nothing else matters if that goes to shit.

Love the quality of Alphalete but I got tired of all new collections which is hard to tell how it will fit and what it is. I would rather less collections and staple pieces.

Adderall is the only drug I've ever felt legitimate addict feelings towards. 90mgs/day is a wild prescription amount and easy to start tipping over the standard amount. ggs getting off it

This was one the best pods I listened to. Hearing Christian talk about the things he had to do to achieve his vision was super inspiring. You learn to do something by doing it but at the same time, having a careful balance of how much you push for your vision can be the difference between a healthy and unhealthy life. Crazy to watch his journey all these years.

adderall addiction is so common, can't wait to hear him discuss it. bringing it to the light could really help others struggling, i think its is way more common than we realize

This podcast hit home for me. I’ve also watched Christian over the last 9 years and the conversations around adderall use and the many daily Ls that come with success touched me to my core. Thank you both for the transparency 🙏🏾

What About prenup!?.... that's important too... but no one knows what life is gonna bring ... it's only to protect a couple as a whole. From having the government in between y'alls choices.

heidi is a multi millionaire herself, so it's not really a concern. a prenup is way more important for someone like maxx

Lol Christian saying Maxx is mispronouncing "criticism" on the heels on Christian saying persistency repeatedly which is not a word - it's persistence. LOL All love bros!
