If you want to be inspired, motivated and succeed, Christian is the person who can help with all three. There's no easy path to success, but if you keep pushing forward you'll eventually arrive to your destination. Christian is a prime example of an overcomer. He keeps getting up when he gets knocked down. It's been a blessing to follow his journey. One of the most humble, kind and down to earth individuals on this planet! Continued success and happiness in both your business and family life. Cheers from 🇨🇦

I find myself very tuned out of most of the new fitness influencers and the industry as a whole. Over the years it's become wildly saturated and overall fake IMO. But CG is the one who got me into it back in 2014 and I always watch every podcast he's on. Even knowing the answers to most things he's asked. He's always kept it real and IMO is one of the true OG Goats of this current fitness industry. Alphaland will be his legacy, forever.

Christian could keep his old channel for his cinematic videos and the new one for his raw, self filmed vlog content, thereby getting complete satisfaction creatively and to express honestly at the same time.

I haven't followed Christian in years, but this podcast was AWESOME!! Mari, you need to coach people how to be a podcaster. You hit asking questions, letting the guest speak, but not letting awkward silence hit, but not rushing. Ahhhh I can't find the right word beside "Balance". Bravo and props sister 👏

27:43 and onward..,..So hypocritical?! You guys both said in the beginning that everyone starts with some level of copying and that you just have to get started, and then you make fun of anyone trying. You BOTH said in the start of this pod about back in the day with workout PDF’s “why is everyone not doing this”…… and now fast forward same thing today, everyone’s trying to get a cut and try…. And NOW you have a problem with it????? Gymshark came before Alphalete…. Athletic greens came before Bloom. Both of you are a dupe of the originals.

and they say that having someone to look up to and emulate is a GOOD thing. They mention that being authentic is important but that “copying” someone will get you started and eventually lead to you finding your own thing. I think you may have misinterpreted?

6:15, I stopped watching the interviewer said, I think you know Matt Koma, then pretends like she does not know or maybe does not but then says she knows their history. Either way. Talking in circles

Please please please send feedback 🫶🏼 I love this authenticity and am SO proud of Christian for opening up on this. It isn’t talked about enough but is sooo common. My question for Christian, knowing he certainly struggles with adhd, do you regret ever taking anything for it??? I never have tried anything for it in the past but have an appointment today for possible treatment and to discuss options. I want to feel better but absolutely do not want to at the cost of my physical health or future mental health. I’m terrified… please send any and all feedback around adhd treatment, the good the bad and the ugly 💛 I need guidance
