I feel this! I went so hard until my back gave out. God was saying focus on the foundation, the core which is the base of the home. The back is so important to serve, but we have to rest and we can rest in him. Also, would love another Q and A video or a live Q and A!

Great Video! I have a very similar experience/ testimony. God has placed KZbin on my heart for years now and I finally got to it last year lol. I recently resigned from my job because I knew God was calling me out of that season. A few months back God placed Homemaking on my heart as well. My husband & I recently got married and that desire to be home and take care of our home has been so heavy on my heart. While I was working I wasn't eating properly nor on time and it affected my health, so right now I am focused on taking care of this temple as well. Thank you for sharing!

Hey there, thank you so much for sharing this video. I consider myself a homemaker as well but I haven't had the courage to share it on my channel yet. Some people may have picked up on it just by the type of content I create, I don't know. However, I can relate a lot to this video. Although I do have kids, mine are grown with the exception of my son, who is now a high school senior and soon will be grown. It's not like I'm a stay at home mom with small kids like some women are today. I think that's where the hesitation comes in with me sharing because people will think that you just dont want to work. With my case I have a brain tumor and I have to keep my stress levels down as much as possible. It doesn't mean that I can't work a job, though. It's just a decision my husband and I made after seeking God for direction. I applaud you, though, for sharing. It seems as though culture has made it seem bad to stay at home and care for it. I enjoy it to the fullest because I enjoy managing and cleaning my home. I'm thankful that I have more time to spend with God every day without trying to schedule Him in because of a job. What we do at home is work! I am also working on some things to have a small business as well on the side that I will still be at home doing. Sorry so long. I just get excited when I can relate to the content on you tube. I've enjoyed all your videos since I've subscribed to your channel. I love your spirit you remind me a lot of my oldest daughter. Thanks for sharing! I know when I became confident in my role and I was excited about all that I was doing I stopped caring what others thought.
