Less is more definitely. The less "stuff" we have to worry about and decluttering our life, minds, souls, the "more" we have to give n focus on God's blessings!

That was a good one Bob on minimalism and especially Jesus as our example because we follow him. I think he also expressed minimalism in the story of five loaves and two fish. When despite the food was more than enough he still instructed the disciples to pick up all the left overs so that nothing goes to waste. So i agree he was a minimalist but i never knew this until now that you brought it up. I have just started my journey as a minimalist and it's exciting and fun. Thank you and God bless.💞💞💞

Yeshua and his twelve were the internet of the past. He traveled about to educate the public. People would feed them to learn of there knowledge. Jesus had a connection to father. He not only taught them about other places but about places other than this earth. “ Better to lend your money to someone who will not repay you. “ wealth is not in money but your connection with father. When you are more concerned with monetary wealth than spiritual wealth then you are lost.

I think the question is how much excess can you have when you don't even have your own home? If Christ traveled throughout his ministry he had to carry everything he owned with him. How much could that have been? Excellent topic. 😁

Jesus is absolute perfection 😊😊😊! Praise the Lord. I believe being a minimalist is also being a good steward. You care for the world by not exploiting its resources and having excess. You take care of what you have by making the most of it- till it is falling apart. This ensures the world is always abundant in resource therefore all people and generations will always have enough and never have to exploit others or the earth. Thank you for this wonderful topic!

I understand what you mean when you say that living in abundance causes you to be less likely to do what God has commanded ( from point 16:20 in video). There is a verse I believe in 1 Corinthians 7:29 that states that men who have wives be as those that had none. Like Peter. I believe when we desire to do God's will, He gives us our desires. Many times I tried to be a missionary and God told me not to, to stay at home, which is a desire of mine, but I was seeking to do what God commanded. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added into you. Believe it, it is absolutely true.

I'm sorry to say but I think the whole interview is lacking some kind of flow... Not because of the few seconds delay of every turn of speech, but some kind of chemicals is missing between the interviewer and the interviewee. Anyway, I couldn't agree more to live less dependent on materials.
