Yes, In John 5 Jesus said that the scriptures testify of him. There are some 350 Old Testament prophesies fulfilled by Jesus. No prophesies of Mohammed however. Maybe also take a look at what the angel Gabriel said. Muslims believe that Gabriel gave a revelation to Mohammed. But Gabriel also told Mary 600 years before this that she would have a son. Mary asked in LUKE 1: 35 how she a virgin would conceive... Gabriel said..The HOLY SPIRIT will be upon you and the power of the MOST HIGH will overshadow you therefore the holy one born of you will be called the SON OF GOD...Gabriel mentions the three natures of God in this one verse. What illogical explanations? There are over 350 messianic prophesies and references in the Old testament (1500BCto 200BC). Jesus fulfills every single one of them. For one historical person to fulfill just 8 prophesies is a probability of 1:1,000,000,000,000,000,000. Jesus fulfilled all 350. Mohammed isn't prophesied once in scriptures. Jesus performed multiple miracles of healing, multiplying food, calming storms and raising people from the dead. Mohammed performed no miracle. Jesus died and was resurrected exactly as he himself prophesied. Mohammed died in AD632. Even Muslims know that it is Christ who will return. You say I'm illogical yet you put your whole faith in an unprophesied warlord who died 600 odd years after Jesus had achieved salvation anyway.

There was a point in the discussion where it was shown to them how parts of the Bible contradict what they were saying and how they were using their beliefs to harmonize the contradiction’s with the other parts of the Bible they were quoting, and the person who was pointing his phone and filming said they look at it similar to the way we have weak Hadiths vs Strong Hadith and I don’t see how his point is valid. Hadith is judged as strong or weak mainly on evidence of how our scholars view the trustworthiness and the authenticity of the Hadith based on the analysis of the people who transmitted the Hadith which has nothing to do with how they view their scripture since they believe everything that was deemed canonical was equally inspired by God (particularly when they responded to what Jesus said in the gospels by quoting Paul and it doesn’t take much knowledge to understand that what Jesus says should be more authoritative for them than what anyone else says). I know that we all know that if we apply the stringent authentication standards that we use for Hadith that we would end up rejecting the whole Bible, but that is not the point, as what I am trying to say is that It is only only modern secular scholars who make the distinction of different parts of the Bible being either historically reliable (i.e strong) or a blatant forgery (i.e weak or fabricated) so for example Ephesians, as well as the three known as the Pastoral epistles (1 and 2 Timothy, and Titus) have been labeled pseudepigraphical works by most critical scholars, but that’s how critical scholars view the Bible, not how believers like these two gentlemen would view the Bible (and if they did, they certainly would not be quoting the more highly disputed parts of the letters of Paul to harmonize the less disputed parts of the synoptic gospels) I genuinely believe they don’t understand these issues properly when they bring up these Hadith analogies.

Hello Christians, So when John says that Jesus said "This is eternal life, that they know YOU, the ONLY TRUE GOD, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." What does that mean except that The Father is the Only True God and He sent Jesus? And the one who is sent is called a messenger of the One Who sent him. Then John says Jesus said "I am going to my Father and your Father,my God and your God" What does that mean except that the Father is the God of Jesus and the God of those who Jesus addressed, his disciples? So Jesus identified the Father as the ONLY TRUE GOD and then he identified the Father as his God and the God of his disciples. The question now is, is the God you Christians worship the same One Who Jesus described as his God? The answer is no - you have identified and worship 3 persons as god, while Jesus identified and worshipped 1 person as God. Keep following your false desires and the false desires of a people who came before you and you will lead yourself to Hell. And refuge is sought in Allah from it.

At 4.00 in the video, the Muslims says: "Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God." : *Point 1)* No man "ascends to YHWH (the Father)", either at Jesus's time or even now!! So what Jesus is actually telling us is that he has the right and authority to ascend to Almighty God, which no man has! Thus to be in such a position, directly infers his divinity. There is NO ONE ELSE IN THIS POSITION! No human can ascend to God! ....not even now! *Point 2)* Jesus rightly as the FIRST resurrected man, refers to YHWH as his God - because that is what YHWH is, his Father. Meanwhile no one else considered Almighty God YHWH to be their 'Father' - it was unheard of! YHWH is Jesus's Father because he ALONE is uniquely the Word of God, thus coming FROM the Father and Returning TO the Father. So in this context, Jesus rightly refers to YHWH as 'my God', just as he does on the cross, when he said 'Eli, Eli, lamasabbathani'.

@@mohamedismail8899 Incorrect! Jesus prayed “not my well Father but YOURS” he wanted his own human will to be conformed to his Father’s will. When he was on the cross he quoted Psalm 22 the prophecy of his own crucifixion telling us that everything was going to plan: “My God, My God, why have you forsaken me……they have pierced my hands and my feet” verses 1 to 16.

No need for Jesus to tell that I Am God worship Me. Because by just the words that comes from the mouth of Jesus, He already claimed to be God. Jesus claimed that He is the LORD of the Sabbath (Matthew 12 :8 & Luke 6 :5). Only God alone is the LORD and the Author of the law of the Sabbath that was given to Moses, no one else. Jesus said, For no one who does a miracle IN MY NAME can in the moment say anything bad about Me (Mark 9 :39). So Only God alone can give miracle, no other. Jesus said to the Father, ALL I HAVE IS YOURS AND ALL YOU HAVE IS MINE (John 17:10).

You cannot kill God because God is Spirit (John 4 :24 & Genesis 1:1) that was revealed Himself in the Flesh in the presence of our LORD Jesus Christ. You can only kill the Flesh of Jesus but not His Spirit.

Jesus said, The reason I was born and came to this world is to testify to the truth (John 18 :37). And Jesus said, If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin but now they have no excuse for their sin (John 15 :22). So Jesus was accused of Blasphemy by those people who do not believe in Him. But Jesus stood up for the truth, even to the extend of His death. He never deny the accusations against Him. That is why Jesus was crucified and died. And Jesus said, I did not come to be served but to serve and to give His life for the ransom of many (Matthew 20 :28). That is why We Christians believed that Jesus died for our sins. But it doesn't mean that you are free to commit sin. That is why Jesus said, stop sinning (John 5:14).

We can see the mental blockage that this Muslim has, when we examine the things he says about Jesus and the gospel. He thinks he understands things, but as I have pointed out in just my 3 previous comments, this guy is making fundamental mistake after mistake.....thinking he is right when he is totally blind to the the truth of Jesus and the gospels! He is full of misconceptions which he has built up in his own mind, that are simply untrue and misinterpretations!

At 5:18, the Muslim makes a second error: "When you say that God wills something and then another entity wills something, but one will had to submit to the other's will - that one that submitted can never be God" This arises from a basic misunderstanding of the gospel and Jesus! It means that this man, has never truly understood the gospels! Jesus was a human like us, but in whom the Word of God dwelt. He had a body, spirit and soul, just like other humans have. This was necessary because if he didn't he could never be the example for us that he came to be! Now in the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prophetically knew that he faced crucifixion because he understood that this MUST BE FULFILLED according to God's declarations in Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22. IT COULD NOT BE OVERTURNED. Because Jesus was a man with a man's body and his own human will which cared for his body and self, Jesus found himself faced with the utmost self denial to die to comply with his Father's will. ("It was the Lord's will to crush him" Isaiah 53). As a man, Jesus threw himself on the ground in utter stress and called out to the Father saying if there is another way, 'let this cup pass from me'........BUT NOT MY WILL BE DONE......BUT YOUR WILL BE DONE IN THIS MATTER! Jesus therefore prayed for HIS WILL to comply with THE FATHER'S WILL .....and his prayer was answered which is why instead of running away, he went compliantly ('as a sheep led to the slaughter, opens not his mouth' - Isaiah 53) with the soldiers to his trials. .....SO what this is all about is not Jesus being God and not having a human will.....but on the contrary, Jesus being a human but complying his will to the Father's will. Jesus is divine, NOT because he as a human body, soul and spirit or will is divine, but because the Word of God dwells IN HIM. This of course is why this Muslim's argument is made in ignorance of who Jesus is and what his nature is. The argument is effectively setting up a 'straw man' to then break it down.....due to the Muslim having a wrong conception of Jesus in the first place!!

But that's your view, as Christians take the book as their own interpretation, that's not all Christians' concept of these passages. So how is the muslim man mistaken? When speaking to other Christians, they tell him other things and other interpretations that they receive from the book.

@@Charmed4eva1 Yes. In fact, its the ONLY interpretation possible from this account, within the context of the gospels. This is why it is the correct interpretation and the Muslim is simply attempting to misuse this story to fit Islam and propagate Islam. You see for any interpretation to be valid, it MUST be consistent with the rest of the gospels. lf it is not (as in this Muslim's interpretation), then it is a false interpretation.
