I am from Ethiopia that I got encouraged after watching this movie,at that time I was in a deep discouragement but for 9 yrs I wrote my every thing to my lord and know also life is tough tho but today am sure those 9 years of letter be a great message to some one out there. Losing my very first love to cancer at 17 was the worst day of my life. Watching Sam cry was so painful and it brought back memories and to think the both of them were only 8. So young and had a great life ahead. All we want is a cure for cancer. Cancer doesn’t just kill its host, but it destroys the host’s loved ones mentally. The fact that Sam had so much hope like Tyler’s mom that he was going to beat it but little did they know he was actually dying slowly which makes it more heart breaking. I’m glad he went with his loved ones by his side. I didn’t get that and for every time I would remember our last day together, I wished I was by his side to tell him I loved him one more time and I would see him soon. The memories that came back and to realize that there are others out there like me with loved ones who are suffering this disease hurts so much. Thanks to their stories. I’m going to be a Radiation Therapist in hope to give radiation therapy to cancer patients and heal them. I don’t want this for anyone else. Such a wonderful movie.❤😢
