There are many christian apologists around the world! These two (CP & Sam) specialise in teachings of Islam. Apologetics cover a variety of subjects. Very few Christians have an interest in Islam or other religions and many Christians dont even know who they are. Christians generally don't listen much to christian apologetics. Many Christians prefer to listen to pastors, evangelists, biblical scholars and teachers. Christianity is not defined by CP or Sam, and Christianity is definitely not crumbling because these two are arguing.

I personally mostly use apologists' websites and teachings from bible scholars to help me in defending and answering Q's about Christianity - that's where the meaty discussions are. Who these two will have an impact on, I think, is the Muslim audience who listen to them. The christian apologetics scene covers a wide range of topics with MANY apologists all over the world and there are those who defend Christianity against Atheism (the biggest group I think), against the usual criticism (polytheism, superstition,etc) against Islam (these two and others) and so much more. These two are not "one of two big three of Christian apologists." Many Christians I know don't even know who these 2 are. I've been researching and learning about apologetics for 5 years and only saw them on KZbin a year ago by chance, and I've listened to them only a few times out of curiosity. There are heavyweights in apologetics out there that will make your head spin!! Do these two even qualify to be called Apologists? They seem to be Evangelising to Muslims and showing the errors of Islam to them.
