Before even listening to the first AITA, there are honestly a number of posts on reddit where someone has a problem with their significant others relationship with their family. There's nothing even weird going on. The significant other and their siblings or whatever just have a clearly good relationship and love each other. It usually seems like the partner isn't used to that so they sexualize it. Like, I remember someone on reddit being upset that their partner would hug their siblings for instance.

Exactly, in a lot of cultures, physical affection between family is completely platonic and okay. Hugging, cuddling etc is all normal and accepted. American culture makes people think that you cant do that stuff unless youre fucking, its stupid

@@juangarzon584 Yup. I'm American and an only child, but I recall the first time I ever saw a post on reddit where someone was sexualizing their significant other's relationship with their sibling. I was very confused because it very much sounded like the relationship my two cousins had where they'd hug or sit with each other on the sofa. Where they'd play board games or tell one another that they loved each other often. It isn't even just siblings because there was some woman who was dating a man with a teenage daughter and she was upset that the guy showed the daughter affection(hugging, kissing her on the cheek, cuddling with her, etc). It was like the woman was sexualizing the relationship all because the guys daughter happened to have breasts, quite honestly.
