When I heard this song in 1990 tears ran out my eyes. I thought an angel was singing..... Now, about 34 years later, this song puts me in another space as before and my eyes become always wet.

I would never be able to perform with her either as a singer or a musician. I'd be too mesmerised by her voice. I can never sit through this particular song without crying from its haunting beauty.

This song at the end of The Mist ,really gave me goosebumps. Perfect for such dramatic and unpredictable moment of the movie. Lisa's voice is otherworldly. 👏

I can't even think of anything to listen to next. It's completely filled me. My best friend (since deceased) and I so much loved Dead Can Dance when we were young. I know everybody does, but I always tear up when hearing Lisa. I wish he was alive to hear this much later rendition and see the recognition she has since received. Here's to you ,Jesse. Love you always

Just watched the film "The Mist" I've seen it a few times,but the subtitles were up and the music title and Artist came up and here I am. Reminds me a bit of the "Trio Bulgarka" style. Bulgarian folk singers who also featured on the wonderful Kate Bush album "The sensual World."
