Peter Steele was a musical genius. People either got his sarcastic brand of humor or they didn't. I think this is one of the songs where the true Pete Steele showed himself. I think as brilliant as he was, he was also tormented, I'm sure he had regrets and the music was a release. I miss this band so much. Type O was a band that got me through some turbulent times of my own.

"September Sun". Tis the season after all... I love how "These three things" breaks into "Hey Jude" by the Beatles near the end "Na, na, na, NA na Na naaaa..." in the guitar melody. As an aside, one of the many points that split the catholic church from some of the early reformation protests was indeed sprinkling babies in "infant baptism" practices. Some reformers (specifically one Felix Manz) was DROWNED by the roman catholic church in response to his position for "believers only" baptism. So it was in fact "De Fide" roman catholic doctrine, at least in the early 1500's in Zurich. I just learned about this today, so I thought I would share.

He says he was guilty... the road to redemption leads through desert (him hitting rock bottom and recovering from addiction), but it's well worth it. @@deadliestassassin3092 im simply saying when vin says hes not a Tyoe O fan,he is not hearing the gems like NETTIE,WOLFMOON,EVERYONE I LOVE IS DEAD,EVERYTHING DIES..etc.I am a true fan have been since debut album. And play nonstop type o on his birthday and his death day..But for Vin to become a fan like Sori..he needs to hear the gems

I have just seen your discussion about the song "These three Things" by Type O. I am fan since more than 30 years. But nowadays durigen the Corona-Crisis the song "Live is killen me" from the same album is more actuell than ever. BTW: Peter found back to his religion after the death of his mom. But he is still the sexiest man not alive. Annette from Germany

You are proof that we can see past religion and politics and live peacefully together. I am Christian and believe we are all brothers and sisters in blood. Regardless of our beliefs. Peace✌

Sori as a Catholic yes we know Jesus died for our sins, us choosing not to receive communion is a personal convo we have with God . Personally I'm not going to approach the body and blood when i am not in the state of grace...

Hey guys, great song choice and loved Sori's reaction. I asked last year but I would love it if you guys would do Bolt Thrower - When Cannons Fade for veterans Day which is coming up soon.
