Secondly in case you had trouble reading the title its about christina's most iconic mv looks. Idgaf if you thought burlesque was garbage. Not you, and certainly not anybody else, can say that her outfits and looks in the movie and subsequently her music videos/performances were bad. In fact some of the outfits were so iconic that it inspired many versions of it to be copied by celebs at red carpets and in fashion shows. Production even went as far as getting some of the most luxury designer brands at the time to style them.

Girl, no one can do the ICONIC Dirrty look like you! She's always been my favorite pop star. I don't even consider her to be a "bubble gum" star or anywhere near that category. Her voice is so incredible and she deserves more appreciation & love. Stripped is one of my all time fav albums. When it came out 14 yr old me would lay on the floor, lights off, candles, and play "I'm Ok" on repeat and just cry. I wish I could see her live! Omfg I would die!

Christina Aguilera's music has helped me since I was a teen. Her record Stripped contained so many powerful songs and I still listen to it to this day but it was perfect for bullied, weirdo teen me. I also practised singing all of the songs since then and have become a great singer myself because I modelled it after her ability. She is the best example to follow, the Supreme!

Candyman was iconic and didn't get the full accolades it deserved. Since it came out, it's always in my workout mix. The music is jumping, the lyrics cheeky and fun, and the video is mesmerizing. She's that rare breed of true musician and amazing entertainer who cares deeply about her music and its production. I was 16 when Beautiful came out. She was right about it being groundbreaking. Some kids at school were talking about it and thought it was disgusting - because for some people it was the first time they saw two men kiss on screen. It really came at an important time for the fight for gay marriage. Being gay myself I couldn't express that I appreciated those images, but wow how times have changed in less than 20 years. And also Dirrty totally shocked me when it came out!!!
