Here's a random story from someone you (comment reader) don't care about (aka me): 6 years ago, about a year after I had moved to Canada from the Middle East, the same time period that my sisters were obsessed with Selena Gomez and I was obsessed with Christina.... Selena toured Canada. I had heard Christina say she was touring with Selena but I was so confused about the way things worked, I didn't look into it or anything. My sisters and I decided we were gonna go to the concert. I wore the stupidest outfit. We went, and opening for Selena.... was Christina. I LOST MY SHIT. I was screaming and dancing and having the time of my life. That concert was wonderful because of both talented ladies. Afterwards... Christina did a freaking free meet and greet. I made my sisters wait there as I lined up, then met and took a picture with Christina and she signed my copy of her CD AND my ipod case even though they said she wasn't allowed to ("shhh its okay") and I was hella nervous but she was the nicest person ever and yeah. I can count on one hand, the amount of concerts I've been to. Selena/Christina was the first. Also even though my outfit was terrible and it's not a great picture I love it. Rachel Platten is one of my favorite singers. Right now I'm literally too nervous to click on the tour dates & tickets, freaking out, because all of those^ memories just came back to me and like... sigh. I love life.
