It’s always refreshing to see others living in pure honesty, or at least whats perceived as pure honesty. Its rare to hear someone talk openly about their traumas, the moments that offer opportunity to evolve, to truly see our connection to everyone & everything.

Thank you so much for sharing, Christina. Your journey - even just this glimpse of it - will be encouraging and supportive to the increasing numbers who are awakening now. This is the true hero, who hits the rock bottom of all self-esteem and personhood, and finds true surrender to the higher Light.

The Universe/or our own species biology is telling us that if we don’t evolve we will be dealt with in a some form of finality… I truly hope that I can evolve into my own Soul in my lifetime,..at the very least for the sake of my children seeing it can be done.

Certainly 2020 for me will be marked as the year of my spiritual awakening. I do believe as well there were and will be more cases. Hopefully those cases don't end up being guided by the "conventional medicine" that will label and suppress such experiences.

It’s called enlightenment 🕳💡 Before enlightenment you can experience a lot of Satori’s You need a lot of courage to let it happen. Because it is a death.

Reframing mental health challenges is a good idea as it can avoid stigma. I would like to see less socially/ culturally- induced traumas as these are impossible to process because as long as the ones who are supposed to help people are the ones who perpetrated trauma in the first place. Religion is the most obvious example, but there are many others. You cannot have healthy people in a society that is fundamentally unhealthy verging on downright insane.
