Hum? If you want to take the bubbles out and the roughness out of the strawberries, double dip the strawberries and they come out perfect.

Also, I don't think the batch of chocolate comes with bubbles.Stirring adds bubbles, and too much stirring adds alot of bubbles and also makes the texture thicker quicker than normal, so don't frenzy stir.To get rid of bubbles, I tap the recipient with the chocolate on the table several times and the bubbles come out.The more you tap, the more bubbles you get out.After that, I start dipping the strawberries.

The best explains on the type of dye you use when dying chocolates is that it's not water based. Gel dyes are water based.

Do you think the eleven o’ one chocolate would be strong enough for breakable heart molds or is it too thin? I know you loved the brand from your white chocolate video.

How long would you guess and say that you leave the chocolate in the bag to set to get the loop design? And also what ziploc bag do you use. Some brands get hot and form a bubble and eventually burst.

TYSM for your comment 💕! I use the ZIPLOCK brand. If your bag is bursting that means the chocolate got tooo hot. I want to say about 1 min maybe. If your chocolate is way to runny/hot.

Can you also explain the process of coloring chocolate after taking it out of a mold. Say if you would like to use a gold luster dust to color a heart from a silicone mold. I see that some people use mini balls and then shake the heart pieces up in a bag. Does the dust adhere better when done this way? I hope my explanation makes sense.

When you pull the toothpick stick out after chocolate set? I find the strawberry leaks after I pull out the stick. I’m making them for a party the day before and wondering if I should keep them in the fridge or room temp?

I’m not sure if you’re supposed to but I microwave a ziplock bag of candy melts for like 10 seconds at a time and massage the bag to loosen it up to keep it from getting hard.

Yes you can but give it about 20 sec but keep an eye on it. You don’t want to overheat the chocolate or else it will get ruined ☺️
