I was wondering I had gastric bypass almost 3 months ago too and I look forward to continued results. Absolutely true it's crazy how people say it's the easy way out when obesity is one of the hardest battles I've fought for decades🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤗

Great Inspiration. I've lost 70lbs.. Personal trainer then Mounjaro and eating healthier with smaller portions of food. I exercise 4-6 x a week, every week.. sometimes every day, I do something.. it's become my lifestyle to weight lift-train... People will tell you "now that's enough " She's right. It's your choice.
