Nice build. I like how you have weathered it. Here's a few details about this car you might find interesting. (Or not, depending on your degree of car related obsessive-compulsive disorder. LOL) - In 1958 the Belvedere, Savoy and Fury were different trim packages of the same car. The Fury was a low production, top of the line, sports package. Hence the dual 4 barrel carbs on the movie-car. - In 1958 the Fury was only available in buckskin beige (an almost off-white kind of beige), and not in red. In Kings novel, the car is also a 4 door, but the Fury was only available as a 2 door hardtop. -The 1958 Fury had gold colored trim between the chrome strips on the sides, and not siler/aluminum colored trim as the movie cars have. The movie cars have Belvedere trim. The same goes for the ribs in the front grill, they were gold on the Fury and silver on the Belvedere and Savoy, as on the movie cars. -Since the 1958 Fury is pretty rare (only around 5.000 produced) most, or probably all the cars used in the movie are actually Belvederes and Savoys with Belvedere trim. -The AMT model is really a Belvedere, hence the single carb. -To make the nomenclature confusion complete, Plymouth at the time had a 318 V8 they called "the Fury V8." The two lower power versions of this engine were available in the Belvedere, but not in the Fury. So you could buy a Belvedere with a Fury V8 that was not available in the Fury. LOL

Very cool build! I built mine like it was show room. I did buy a second kit to try another version. You're is a great inspiration. The Corvette had to go mid engine to keep up with the performance of the others. I prefer the from engine look even though i understand why they designed it mid engine. 🎄🧑‍🎄😎👍

Fury is a trim option of the Plymouth Belvedere. Like how a Trans-Am is a trim option on the Firebird, Malibu is a trim option of the Chevelle, GTO is a trim option of a LeMans, etc.

The fury was a cheaper model and a belvedere was highest level trim package and the savoy was lowest model used for like taxis and cop cars

@@bmck-8400 i mean you build car models if you like and enjoy cars your a car person you dont have to be a car rebuilder or mechanic trust me i am a mechanic and i say your a car guy lol
