I absolutely loved this, but I gotta tell you I was stressed 😅. Since baking is often a very scientific process that relies on very specific chemical reactions - maybe you could have your mom write out the list of ingredients (but none of the steps) to give you a fighting chance? But this banana bread turned out pretty good anyhow! I Iaughed outloud at the 20th Century Fox 😂

So funny!!!! If you want to know: Flour is for structure and yeast is t needed b you have a chemical leavened in baking soda. That is why it’s called a quick bread-no need to let rise. A small amount of salt makes it sweeter and butter improves texture and adds richness.

BASIC Banana Muffins INGREDIENTS I box Cake Mix 4oz Applesauce 1 Egg 3 Ripe Bananas Add Ins 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Walnuts 1/2 cup dried fruit DIRECTIONS Mash Bananas with fork Add Applesauce, Egg to mashed bananas then add Cake Mix and mix Add any additional filling: Nuts, dried fruit, etc.

You can cover with aluminum foil ( tin foil, silver baking paper ) If you need to continue baking for the inside to finish but the outside is done

Just FYI to any new bakers out there when ppl say "don't forget the salt" in a sweet dish it's literally just a pinch to balance out the flavors. But it is VERY NECESSARY FOR A GOOD DESSERT!
