Great video Carlos! My doctor told me to add a touch of sea salt in your water bottle or containers as well. Yes slow breathing is good too. Lastly use your customers A/C 😊God bless you sir!

I honestly dont know how you do it in such temperatures. Here in the UK i have trouble with things drying out as soon as the weather gets near the 70s. Its always a massive relief when i get the car dried off.

Hey Carlos tell your partner to try to delete the length on his pressure washer hose length,to delete the surging noise.Pressure Washer isn’t powerfull enough to push that length.Going through that myself.Great Content BtW.
