I prefer this type of barn finds videos, even if they won't look 100% perfect afterwards. Because they are usually really old cars and they deserve to be loved again!!! I also think it's awesome to see progress/updates on cars that haven't been able to run. It's totally fine by me that you add extra parts on your vids.

I believe that you should continue doing these barn finds regardless of condition because , more often than not, you’re contributing towards that car/ truck being on the road again. It’s a shame to see these classic rides gathering dust in a dark corner somewhere. They deserve to be seen, admired, and appreciated. So keep doing what you’re doing.

What you guys do is fantastic. Everyone knows the first step in restoration is getting it clean and ready. That's the same if you're just doing an engine rebuild , and you clean the engine compartment and all the parts. Sometimes they do turn out better than others. But it's still the best start for each car to have a chance of restoration. I'm 58, and 2 of the things I enjoy most are remembering working on a lot of the cars and yall's excitement and interest in learning about them. Keep digging!

I read a few comments to see if others were articulating the same thoughts as I and - indeed - they are. I *also* feel like these “less-than-perfect” cars - and results - are great. This is an important first step to build upon. The cleaning process breathes new life into these classic vehicles and prepares them to be elevated to the next level(s). Also, I love the updates! Keep up the great work, gentlemen! 🙌❤️ “BIG GUNS” 💪💪 was a nice surprise, by the way. Please keep him around. 😌 P.S. I love that you guys wear masks when dealing with certain car interiors. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! The cars in that era do NOT all look alike!!! The cars now a days all look alike... These cars look soooooo much better! Not to mention my neighbor has this same Plymouth and in the original yellow color and it's beautiful. You gotta remember in that time Plymouth's and Dodge's all had loud and wild paint jobs. When you bought these cars then that's how you knew you were the king of the hill.. These cars made a statement when driving down the street...More so when you have a bigger motor then ford and Chevrolet...
@Master_customsАй бұрын
Well cars in that era were made just for art not aerodynamics
@itsnotadodgerog205026 күн бұрын
I agree, they didn't all look alike, they may have had the same styling model to model but in different trim packages: Satellite, Satellite Sebring, Satellite Sebring Plus, The Road runner and the GTX all looked alike, but were trimmed out differently. This generation of Satellite looked nowhere near other B bodies: Dodges Charger & Coronet. Challengers and and Barracudas were E bodies
@itsnotadodgerog205026 күн бұрын
@@Master_customs IMHO, the cars weren't styled for art sake, but with the theme of muscle cars. It was not intended to be aerodynamic but approached speed through brute force: Cubic Inch Displacement. I will agree though, looking back, these cars are like looking at art. Cars will never look like that ever again, and that makes them art.

Keep doing all cars like this. The aim, after all, is to make them the best they can be for the condition they are in after all the years. They were never (show car condition cars maybe) perfect from the factory.
