I refrigerate my chocolate chip cookie dough minimal 24 hours I use Jaques Torres recipe it has been featured in the New York Times. I also use chocolate bars that I chop up or I buy chocolate medallions at Whole Foods or Dark chocolate chunks are Publix. I also use at least 60% Cacao and sometimes semi sweet it's a nice mix. I brown the butter sometimes but when I make my Butter Pecan cookies it calls for Brown butter so I don't often brown the butter it's no need. I buy expensive butter for my cookies, pie crust and baking in general really. I like Truly, and Plugra butter a good grass feed butter works for me, I only bake with salted butter, but that's just me and people Love my cookies

I got up this morning and made the cookies that you made the peanut butter M&M chocolate chip I did not bake them yet I actually put them on a cookie sheet put them in the freezer for about an hour and then put them in freezer bags so I can bake them later with my grandkids thank you for the recipe😊

Yesenia, what size quart mixing bowl is your KitchenAid bowl? Oh by the way I ordered my Ninja crockpot with my points from my job, so I had to save more for my mixer. I noticed the bowl-lift stand mixer is lesser points ( not that much lesser) than the one you have.

Ma’am you have to stop with these baking videos.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 i was at work thinking about theses cookies. 😂😂 so, i made my dough earlier and tried to do it a “ bariatric friendly “. lol we will see how it turns out out when i make them Saturday. I replaced all the sugar with the Swerve sugar-free sugar and all the chocolate are sugar free. The only thing that’s not sugar-free is the Heath bar toffee baking piece. And I logged everything into my Baritastic app. Let’s see this three months old sleeve pouch with tolerated. The cookie dough smell extremely good.

Oh i also added bourbon vanilla paste from Trader Joe’s for my vanilla flavor and adding in pecan pieces for a little twang 🤣🤣….. I’ll come bake to this comment when it’s back and let you know. 🥴 the kids (4 teenage boys) not gone lie to me.🤣🤣

@ omgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg The cookie came out sooo good. I doubled the recipe and it made 49 cookies. I put some in a cute sealed treat bag and bringing to my co worker. The sea salt really made a difference. Although i used sugar free ingredients, it was still really sweet. The sea salt was a perfect addition it kind of cut the sweetness. Thank you for making this recipe. I’m definitely saving this one. These are my second batch of cookies I ever made in my whole life and these are by far the best
