I wound up making it to hobby lobby today. Not much left but that's OK. I got some more dog ornaments for my dog tree and some floral pics. Just glad I got out e en tho 7f with wind chill.

I absolutly love that sweater!! Is that a Temu item?? I NEED that sweater!! I started going thru my back storage room Christmas stuff as I was getting ready to decorate. so already did most of the Goodwill, toss, keep thing. I have one more tote to put out there and when I do, I am going to sit in the recliner I keep back there, and do some that I didn't get to. I love Christmas, and decorating..but this year, it just wasn't in me. Maybe next year I will be up to it. I did get a new Christmas flag today, 75% off! It has a big paw print in plaid, and says Happy Pawlidays! I have mugs, towels and pot holders already. Yes, I am not the crazy cat lady, but am gaga over my little dog! Little Mrs Sewer! I buy placemates..I sew two together with either webbing or most often, wired ribbon, bought on sale and make my own gift bags. If I need small ones I can cut the placemats down..if i need bigger ones, I can use to table runners bought at the end of season. I get a lot of compliments on how my bags are unlike any one elses. Just a little bug in your ear..I have even used holiday hand towels or kitchen towels..so many left over at end of the seasons...valentine ones, Easter..St Patricks day...and then they can keep the bag, because I can make more real cheap.Oh, also depending on the color of the bag I make, I can use Jute for handles or braid a few ribbons together for the handles, once you make one, or two you imagination can run wild for handles. I have found myself leaning more, to less stuff I have..the easier my life is. I am getting rid of it slowly but surely. I pick a room and just start, if I haven't used it in a year..I probably won't. I have enough clothes for two people, maybe three..so same, if it doesn't get worn in a year..out it goes! I love placemats, I live alone, so one on my table, one to match under dog bowls and one under cat bowls...so cute!!! This was fun..I love to see someone else sweating out what to do with things!!

Hi Sandra! The sweater is from Target, but maybe 5+ years ago. Sorry. Great ideas on making cloth bags! I’m definitely going to have to try that! ❤️
