Dr. Kelly, greetings to you, my brother, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am your brother in Canada and found your channel a month or so ago. I had been enjoying James Key's videos for years. Nice to have found you as well. Your combined work is much appreciated. God led me to read Revelation chapter 2 verses 8 through 11 a few days ago and here you are teaching on it. God impressed upon me that I must be willing to lay down my life for the Truth of Jesus Christ and made a strong impression on me of late, the way he did this I will not say, that I could be beheaded. He also has been telling me to get serious for time is short. I am anxious but confident that if I am to suffer that He can uphold me and bring me through it. Whether I live or die, please pray for me that I will not deny Him. Amen. Your brother, Thurman.

Each teaching you broadcast seems to be the exact thing I need to hear. The Lord led me directly into AA in 1982 after I accepted Jesus in 1979. It is miraculous to me how he uses the words of others, unknowingly by them. It brings wonder and reverence to my heart as He has molded me over the years into a new soul. Most often He uses the words people speak, the actions they demonstrate, and life circumstances of ease and extreme adversity. At the root of every step forward was the principle: Pride Proceeds A Fall. I am always ashamed when I finally recognize my own hubris. Dr Kelley, finding you and your message has done so very much to show me the hand of God in my life. If you ever make the possible circuit you mentioned you were considering through the South I would like to know. In the mean time, I am thirstily drinking your every message. God bless and keep you and your family -and Scout! The love and loyalty of a dog is one of many the closest examples of Gods love and devotion to his children in this world. Wishing you, your followers the same “good year in 2025.” You reminded me of John Lewis and his “good trouble.”

Dr. Kelly, this is the only video I've been able to hear and see all the way through since on the eve of the 24th, my son attempted suicide. Im so very grateful for your prayers. I believe my son is alive because of divine intervention. These holidays do play a role in the demise and destruction for many people. It is the 27th, and I can't think of a better message than this one. You drive home with force in this video. Im the only believer in my household. I suppose many can relate to Christmas tragedy, loss, sorrow, and grief. It's really important NOW to remain faith- FULL, dont give up when your possessions are taken even if it is the fruit of your womb. Thank you for the introduction to your family and for hitting it home for this old broken heart from Canada.

It is not likely you know my story that brought me to Christ in the first place through a meticulously planned suicide that I planned to Carey out on October 31st, 1979, on Halloween. So I know firsthand the horrifying depths to which a soul can sink in a desperate effort to escape the pain. Wonderfully however, I survived on the heels of my mother's prayers and likewise your son is still alive by God's intervention and there is the greatest hope for him. Perhaps send me a personal note by text or email giving me his first name so that I can start praying for him for the rest of my days. And for you and your own brokenness having to engage all of this at Christmas time. I am more honored than you can ever understand that somehow what I have taught in this commentary touched you in some life giving way. But I'm very very quick to give all the real honor to our King, Who as I reflected just this morning to the Lord is, among many other things, "A Man of Sorrows, acquainted deeply with grief" (Isaiah 53:3). God has reached a "breaking point" in the past. I believe he has again. ALL: My dear friend Gary has posted a scripture and a conclusion with which I agree 100%. God indeed has always had "a breaking point," as with Genesis 6:3 when He said He would not strive with man more than 120 years. I have argued before that America's countdown I think at least began in the year 1900 and ended or began to end in 2020. well that idea is speculative, I tell you it is born of many many days and months and hours of reflection and prayer as I believe it was received from the Holy Spirit concerning America. But beyond that, when I only has to look at the signatures of Almighty God's extreme displeasure with a treachery of His own houses in relation to Mr. Trump. therefore believe with all of my heart and mind and soul that America has crossed the Rubicon, and now God's full orbed Wrath is about to spill upon us starting sometime in the years just ahead. The theological good news is that if I am correct about being "Pre-Wrath." our redemption indeed draweth nigh!" (Luke 21:28). DK

@@TamaraMarilyn Dear Tamara , your question made me chuckle because you nailed it. I spent over 40 years in university classrooms literally programmed to give 50 minute lectures. I still have that habit and would like to keep it for a couple of reasons. One, my commentaries are already quite long in a world that is usually comfortable with about 10 minutes maximum presentations. Or less. But I cannot possibly give you the depth of the scriptures and analysis in such a short time. So that's the primary reason, rightly or wrongly. Second, y'all have lots of business to attend to and I think if I went longer as some do into an hour and a half or even more, virtually no one would take the time to listen. So the first one is based on both habit and my desire for depth. And the second for your convenience. Hope that helps and I'm sorry I missed your question the first time.
