Well done on the 100 mile week. This is something we did in marathon training when at our best. Is this something you plan on doing a lot of?

Thanks John and Dawn. Yes, absolutely. More to come in an upcoming video, but one of my goals for 2024 is to run a sub 2:50 marathon. If 100 mile weeks worked well for you two at your best, with the unreal performances you've had, that can only be a good thing!

I wish I was training for the Arc. Was a bit too late to enter, but I'm on the waiting list. Fingers crossed. Not training for anything in particular anytime soon, just happened to run 100 miles last week through some big and long trail runs mostly
