You have to store them if you don’t want to go shopping every year. But I’m lazy too so I just put them in a big box and store them in my little storage downstairs 😂

I already bought my wealth for this year 2024 . Plus, I noticed day after Black Friday, the products at some store ( not speaking about all ) , are already gone and I couldn't found much for Christmas presents. I was told by a manager more likely stores doesn't ordering after Black Friday I know Hobby Lobby from November 1 - until sometimes in December they will order *Twice a week* This year 2024 , Christmas Trees are very expensive $400.00 or more for a Christmas tree, it cost too much $$$$ . Not everyone can afford an $400. Christmas tree.

@@thesommerhome I used to start my Christmas end of September when , I was 18 years old (lol ) . I am a huge planner on everything I do . If I told you what I did last year and yes, I planned it . I had the most fun . We went on a 15 State vacation last year. I researched early , checked out to see where all the "Year Round " Christmas are located and The Biggest Christmas Stores too. Mapped it out , hauled a trailer with us , and started on the road . Plus I wanted to meet a lady who own a Christmas Store in Wisconsin and I wanted to meet a few other important people . I planned this out for one entire year . "A Lady with , a Plan" ! Plus, we checked out the foliage out west , southwest and the east coast . My sister in law in Aspen and checking out the foliage there !!! Sent me pictures to check out !!! Our daughter in Canada now checking out that region . In our family , everyone is a travelers and they love the foliage like, I do .

I am only saying this NOT to scare anyone, just to be aware that there could be shortages with merchandise. I have heard this last year 2023 and it could happen for the next 2 years from now ( 2024 - 2025 ) . I figure I'll wait to see what really goes on . That's why I start my Christmas shopping first of August . I have NOTICED in the last 5 - 6 years, everything in this Region , sell out ASAP and I have spoke to managers at the stores in the last 1 1/2 months . I am ONLY looking for certain merchandise and not everything. I'm going to do my normal shopping like, I have done for years . I am not changing my shopping because of crazy warnings , I have heard last year .

I was looking at the 7.5' slim tree from home depot. It says 42" wide at the base. Is this accurate? I don't have room for the full size which says it's 56" wide but the slim looks tiny. Can you tell me your thoughts on the width? I have HD notifying me when it comes back in stock

It is definitely slim. I have a different slim tree which I think is about 6 inches wider. So, if it says 42 inches I would believe that.

Have you ever heard of Christmas Lights , the one you put on your home . These are lights to stays on your home , year round , the way , they are put on the home a special way , and you can use these lights , for Valentine Day , just about any holiday . They have a lot of different shades of color . You will have to research this , if you are interested. People in this region , has these lights , I like to have them myself, but I need to do more research before , I everrrr make that decision. .
