The olive tree thing brings back memories to me. One time my family did the same thing with a decorative olive tree because we couldn’t afford a tree at the time. I think I told the story in one of my Christmas decorating videos from last year. Maybe it was my Christmas tree decorating video. Your home is beautiful. And the bow on the bottom of the tree was a nice touch I might try that.

I love this decor! With the exception of the ornaments on your staircase tree, you can take this through the winter. I decorate the same, except have red in my kitchen and guest room. After Christmas, I just remove the red and obvious Christmas decor leaving fir trees, fur pillows, throws, candles, etc for that winter cozyness. I don't have a Christmas tree (though I'd love one), but use fairy lights in the two faux trees in my bedroom and livingroom. I keep them up year round, so if I want an extra cozy night, I just turn them on. For the holiday season I use the timer.

I purchased the Lowe’s Tree and got the Hooby Lobby container to put it in and I absolutely love it. Wish I could find the rustic sleigh you have. I love rustic and even though I don’t do all rustic, I still love to put some rustic into my decor. I am traditional but the sleighs rocks. Wish I could find it but if not my hisband can make. He made me a wood tabletop three out of a Hickory tree. I love it? I just have to figure out how to decorate around it. But some things I leave out all year and this is definitely one of them. Love your decor and how you place things.
