Oh girl, moving is brutal in itself, but moving to a temporary place than having to move again is just beyond anything I’ve done! I am impressed by your energy and excitement to get it all done… you are amazing to do all the things needed to be done! I’m sending prayers and energy, and hugs, love, and patience (oh my)!!! But in the end you’ll be in your forever home… what a blessing 🙏🏻. So happy for you, but totally exhausted just imagining what you will be dealing with.

There's actually 4 barstools (one is on the side), so it works for now. The spool table is fun, but I might find a new place to put it. It's huge. I hope to get working on it today in a vlog!

I came back today to see throw with trees. This is print that my granddaughter and her hubby are using for their baby boy's nursery. I realized it when I was shopping their registry. They had a lot reserved with pattern but not a throw. It will look great on rocker. Thank you Crystal. I hope your moving has gone well. Tyfs HUGS

Love the cabin! So cozy! I would move the couch closer to the fireplace & then put the dining table behind the couch. Tight fit but it’s temporary & would make a better cohesive flow. Then put the Christmas tree where that long mirror is

I would just eat at the island and not add a table. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s short term anyways. I saw only 4 stools but what we’ve found in our home on busy nights (sports, orchestra concerts, etc) is often the kids will eat at the island and my husband and i end up eating standing in the kitchen and we never move the whole unit to the dining table because those nights its a quick dinner anyways.

I’d have the kids all on a bottom bed and use all the top bunks as storage.

That's a good idea. So far, they've created "reading nooks" on the top and sleeping on the bottom. Storage is good though!

Hi! Hoping you are feeling good and not too stressed! Two tips! Use the dishes that are there! So easy - takes a lot off your mind. And two - don’t buy king pillows to sleep on - they’re not comfortable! You can layer regular pillows for decor. Just my advice!

Thank you!! Too late on the pillows, but it's been going ok so far. I don't mind them. We did also decide to use the dishes here, with the exception of mugs. I have to use my Christmas mugs. 😂😂😂

I would use the dishes that the landlord provides for the next few months. That way your own things won't get mixed in and accidentally get left behind when you move to your new home. Just a thought!

The next chapter begins! First, I was looking at that same ruggable plaid rug when I saw someone on Instagram advertising the runner.. .I just love that! And the Hearth and Hand mugs are so cute…I got a candle in the same color scheme, didn’t see the mugs (you must have snatched up the last ones)! You will have that cabin looking so cozy, can’t wait!
