Deco mesh can be quite a difficult material to work with (it took me about an hour and a half to get it just right, so I know how intense it can be 🙈) so happy that you enjoyed this video! Very appealing. It is also refreshing to see a non-traditional color scheme so well executed. I think so many people would love to have something 'different', but just don't know how to go about starting to diverge from red/green/gold. I say, JUST DO IT ! If it doesn't work out just right, then you still have your saved collections to add back in. Don't give in to the pressure of feeling stuck in a decorative rutt people ! It's your home, decorate it to please yourself, not someone else. Beau, it would be great to hear in future videos what different designers you are influenced by, and what your future design goals are. Once again, great production, and Be Well. I wanted to incorporate a black element too, but I thought at the end of the day - let’s keep them guessing 🤗 I don’t think anyone anticipated an all white/silver tree from me this year! Absolutely, I really want to do a sit down type of video where I allow viewers to ask me questions in the future to get to know me and break the ice. I feel so many invite me into their homes each week, but don’t really know ME and I think it would be fun to interact on new levels!

Me again! Lol A couple years back I bought an artificial tree from HGs that was molded from a real tree. It's gorgeous, bulky, but very real looking.The limbs are thick and very sturdy, they can handle weighty ornaments. The downside is that many of the smaller branches are fixed so you cant really squish them down for storage. Either way, your video has inspired me to pull it put of the attic and get decorating!! I have tons or ornaments, this year I'm going with all silver mercury glass and crystal icicles. I dont care for tree skirts, I use a throw blanket or a pretty tablecloth. My tree comes prelit but is very bright LED, I prefer to add my own twinkle lights. I love the topper on your tree with all the added sprays, you are very talented! Happy holidays to you, Beau! You make the world a better and happier place!

Merry Christmas, Beau! Your video is a perfect demonstration of not spending a million bucks to make things look you spent a million bucks. I am the same way. Yes, of course there are things I buy from more expensive places like Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel, etc. But I enjoy Home Goods/TJ Maxx/Marshall’s and Hobby Lobby just as much. Plus my money goes a lot farther and I enjoy putting things together. If you ever decide you want I new tree, I would recommend Balsam Hill. I purchased one from their “most realistic” collection two years ago and I am so pleased. I am serious when I say it looks like I have a real tree. They are pricey, but well worth it. Your tree turned out beautifully. You definitely know what you are doing!

I’m very methodical about the pieces I buy and I want them to be relevant for years - not just a single season, and I fully intend to use these same accents and accessories next year and the year after, too! 😂 I do build upon and add to my collection, maybe switching things up just ever so slightly but the history as you said, is what it’s all about. Last year was all rose gold champagne and cream colors and I did a grouping of 3 trees instead of one big one including an angel shaped tree. This year I'm going to do a purple wine and roses theme.
