What would have been really cool is if you had added faint veins on her porcelain skin to give her an almost unnaturally "alive" look around the cheeks and eyes. And possibly some fake blood near her tear ducts and just let it drip down her cheeks onto her dress so it looked like she was crying blood. Other than that, you did a really nice job!!! Absolutely love it!!!

Dolls get creepy fast! If, IF they're not already creepy in their original, fabricated form, it doesn't take more than removing the dress and/or the hair for me to go: "Yeah, no.". But you managed to make it even creepier! 😄 Excellent work, as always! ❤

Have you ever seen pictures of a brats doll with the face paint removed? Seriously, it's incredibly unsettling lol. You don't need to do anything else to it. Just take the paint off and it's the stuff of nightmares.

this is fantastic. i love how you didn't overdo it with stuff that wouldn't have been so creepy. but the changes you did make were perfect. the flickering flame was a nice touch!! also... i can't tell if i had that christmas angel as a kid, or if its just hit some uncanny part of my psyche that's registering deja vu... because it really does look familiar... and the way it moves... o.O

Good makeover! I was a little surprised that you did not do any clay work on the doll, Why not? Just not in the familiar space? Not sure how to carry her to the extreme? I do not know how you accomplish any of your pieces but I am always amazed! Thanks for keeping these older Gems online for us to view! Have a great afternoon and keep the sculptures coming!

It made me think of how you leave a room with a doll in it, and when you come back it's in a different position. Lol. Only this doll is no angel. She just showed you the real self lurking inside.
