Thank you Chef and the entire AllthingsBBQ team for sharing your passion and delivering high quality instruction on cooking on outdoor gear. While your "Christmas Enchiladas" is different than what my family served, it looks amazing and I am sure that it will be just as satisfying and delicious. Merry Christmas!

"I don't mean to complicate things..." lol In my Mexican wife's family, two salsas is like the bare minimum for Christmas (or literally any meal)!

I do the green salsa with seranos, poblanos, and jalapeños but grill them and the tomatillos, remove the skins and blend them up makes a great fresh of canned salsa. Love the channel makes me use my Yoder.

Merry Christmas chef Tom and ATBBQ family. Chef Tom try some Hatch chili’s in your green, and Chimayo chili in your red. The flavor of the Chimayo (though rather expensive for the real thing) is amazing.

@allthingsbbq I currently cook and smoke on a Webber kettle. In your opinion do you prefer pellet grills over charcoal or stick burners? What are the advantages of a pellet cooker? I am thinking about making the switch.

So, I'm Mexican and I don't wanna be disrespectful but these are not enchiladas at all. Anyhow, I appreciate the recipe. This is one of my favorite channels. Keep it up!

Eduardo Chávez I am Hispanic just as much as you and I see nothing wrong with it at all... he did say he was raised on the Tex-Mex style of the spectrum and we don’t traditionally eat pheasant but pheasant is a popular dish at Christmas if you have the luck to have pheasant to eat...
@LaloMars4 жыл бұрын
@@bendover-yr4oq I never said it was wrong or something like that, I just said these weren't enchiladas because in Mexico they're totally different, that's it. I appreciate and respect each one of Tom's recipes. The end result of this one looks delicious!

Chef Tom I was wondering if I could get your advice? It has nothing to do with this but I'm going to smoke my first brisket do you think going hot and fast is better results than low and slow? Any advice really don't want to mess up a big piece of meat for a Christmas party Merry Christmas chef Tom

Christmas style is a New Mexico creation, so instead of Green Tomatillo base, you should have done the Traditional thing and gone Hatch Green Chili sauce.
