We were there on Christmas Eve and can vouch that the crowds were surprisingly light. We also totally get the EPCOT Nostalgia. We made sure we hit the Impressions du France movie after 7:00 PM versus the Belle Sing-a-Long. Still a great show 41 years later...

Merry Christmas Jackie!!! I love that you are always so positive. You will go far in life with your sweet positive nature. We are starting a new tradition this year by not having the traditional Christmas dinner. We are having it BBQ style. We will be having a different food style every Christmas going forward. I like that the old school 90s feeling which is still there with the older buildings concrete rails and fixtures etc. Though I don’t mind the new development to me it feels a bit sterile, very university campus meets a Apple Google type workspace. I feel it’s 90s charm, it’s feeling of memories from a time when Disney was special in those key mid 1990s era has been stripped but as they say, change is inevitable and you can never go home again.

I was at Disney springs and took the boat to port orleans and toured a few hotels just for kicks. It was fricking packed yesterday which I couldn’t even attempt to get into the Lego store because the line just wrapped around the building. It was just that crazy.

Jackie, is there any bucket list place you would like to be on Christmas Day? As I got older, I wanted to be at the Christmas Eve Mass at the Vatican, not for religious reasons, but for the sense of community and history. I would never make it into St. Peter's, but I think just standing in the square with thousands of others would make a power impression. I will again wish you and Sam a very Merry Christmas.
