I made these but with ribbon about 25 yrs ago. It’s true, what comes goes around, comes around. My youngest set her first tree up and I took my ornaments this year and let her choose what she wanted from my boxes. I’m shocked at what found! It was great to see her house decorated.

More details and a close up view of placement would be helpful. The placement, evenness and distance between the petals is really important for a good result. Pretty fabrics! Nice idea for ribbon.

I cant tell if you are using smooth or Rough styrofoam rough is easier to push the pins.
@mariasplace2302 Жыл бұрын
Hi, I use smooth styrofoam, as I find that the pins stay in better. And a thimble for the finger for pushing the pins in.

What size egg is it please?
@mariasplace2302 Жыл бұрын
Hi Sandra, thank you for your question. The eggs I used in the video are 8 cm, 3.15 inches high, that's perfect for 2" squares. If you use a smaller egg, 1 3/4" squares are fine and likewise, if you use a bigger egg, make them 2 1/4". Maria
