Hi Deena, What a joy it has been to follow your channel this year! I first discovered KZbin last December when my holiday celebrations were curtailed by Covid. As I reflect on that time, God’s Hand was there in so many ways. It was a period where I had to stop my usual hectic holiday schedule and rest. So many blessings came during that period-a fellow sister In Christ who I didn’t know well, began calling and we are now friends; a cousin who I spent many Christmases with in my youth were able to reminisce for a long telephone conversation (she passed away this past April), and sharing your home and life with me has been a remarkable experience. Your peaceful demeanor, the emotions of loss and concern, and your unending love for God have strengthened me. Sharing your beautiful home with all aspects of decorating, shopping, cooking, home keeping and of course, family, have been so enjoying and helpful. Morning sweet Deena - of all your Christmas tours this one is my favorite. It fits more the aesthetic I enjoy. It looks like a home with splashes of joy of Christmas all around. One lady that is very sweet that I like to watch on KZbin really has a style in which her home looks like a hobby lobby store instead of like a home. I’m happy that she enjoys that and I enjoy watching it but it’s not what I would want in my own Home. Your home looks so wonderful and perfectly thought out. I know a lot of times you seem to do things on the fly but I really do think you have ultimate vision in mind. I’m sure that your family loves what you have done. I am getting close to wrapping up my preparations. We are expecting some very cold weather which we seldom have in South Texas. The last time we had these kind of temperatures we lost power and water for a week. I have been praying that that does not happen this time. My house is all electric so very little can be done without power. I think the main day I will have to worry about is Friday. I am a huge planner and I have a timeline of what I need to get done and when and sometimes at my age it’s hard to switch gears if things happen differently. This morning I prayed and asked the Lord to help me be able to change with events and still have joy. I always believe the best gift I can give my family is a healthy happy mother. They worry about me so if I’m not doing well. But I am doing really good this year. I want to also thank you and Ronnie for what you have brought to my life. I truly believe you are two friends and prayer Partners. Love to you in His Holy Name.

It will be 27 yrs Christmas night that my dad passed. We were all happy to spend that Christmas Eve with him. Now that mom has joined him, I place an ornament on their wreath by their resting place. I love how you kept a lot of your regular decor and mixed in the Christmas decor and next year I want to do that.
