This is the first time I have seen lamb, it's so dark and very different looking. The shrimp is also very white. I don't like how cheese is when it sets, the way to make it smooth and taste better again, is a splash of milk and microwave or reheat over the burner for a few minutes. I would save the mac n cheese for last, but that's just based on my preferences. The grilled bread does give me an idea though! My husband has a Traeger and so many different woood pellet flavors. mmmm bread done in a Traeger might be yummy!

All was great until you both start munching on the serving bowls, no plates or cutleries...even us Mauritian don't do this way...serve few bits on your plate then munching away even with your fingers if you wish...you guys are eating specially dipping stuffs in the sauce and eating on top of the serving bowl ,sauce was dripping back in the bowl ...same with the ice cream log eating it like savages without a plate and spoon ....thank god we are not South African ...
