What can I use instead of agar agar it's not available here

This recipe is balanced using the agar agar so I wouldn’t recommend swapping it out for anything. Instead, I’d suggest using another standard recipe for the meringue portion (cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/9641-strawberry-pavlova) and then switching back to this one for the decorations :) Hope that helps!
