Today we are making one of the most seen Christmas recipes on KZbin - Plum Cake. Plum Cakes are made in a variety of different ways, but we are going to make it in a different way. There is a secret ingredient that we are adding that makes this cake so delicious and perfect. It's a very common ingredient, watch the video to find out what it is. Flour- 1.5 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Egg- 3
Oil- 3/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder- 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
Orange zest- 1 tsp
Mixed Fruit Jam- 2 tsp
Nuts and dry fruits- per choice
Salt- 1 pinch
