They look delicious. I Think with Christmas I will get a air fryer. That will be the first I will make. Now it is really cold to go outside. So on Thursday it will be warmer to get groceries. I always make shortbread at Christmas but follow the recipe of Darren McGrady who cooked for the Queen's household. He uses flour, butter, icing sugar, cornflour and a dash of vanilla essence. It turns out really nice and tasty. Your recipe looks good too and as I now have a Cosori air fryer thanks to a gift from my brother, I'll try it out. Love your videos.
