Better Than A Big Mac Made At Home

We think we've created a superior Big Mac including the special sauce.
Here's the ingredients to our Big Mac Replica.
We are using 2 - quarter pounder burgers.
Some Sesame seed burger buns,
Some shredded lettuce,
Some finely chopped white onion,
Some pickled gherkin slices and some thin processed cheese slices.
To make the burger sauce, you will need:
1/2 a cup of mayonnaise,
1/2 a tablespoon of white vinegar,
2 tablespoons of finely chopped gherkins,
1/2 a teaspoon of onion powder,
1/2 a teaspoon of garlic powder,
1/2 a teaspoon of paprika,
and 1/2 a tablespoon of mild yellow mustard.

I followed your Gammon/pork video to cook a cheap Asda (Asda’s 3 for £10 cabinet) leg joint it came out perfect, in less than half the time and at a lower temperature than my full sized fan oven and without the almost 30min preheating time so also saving money on the electricity thank you

what a lot people dont know is the mc donalds fries when they are made they are fried TWICE before being blast frozen, i know this as i used to work @ Mc Cains in Whittlesey who used to make the Mc Fries for the UK & European market, thats why when you break a mc fry in half there is not a lot in the middle, fun fact for you :) :)
