Frame Trap and Giant Bomb were major influences in my podcasting, Brad leaving Easy Allies was a gut punch but after Ben and Kyle left, Brad kept the show strong. He we are a year later, and I want to say thank you for an amazing year of shows in now one of my favorite podcasts to stand next to the great video game podcasts. Keep it up Brad and the LSM crew

My favourite Christmas gaming story: I really, really wanted a Wii the year that came out, as did everyone else, obviously. I said to my parents that I knew they might not be able to get one because they're insanely difficult to come by, and that if they couldn't I would wait until they could, as Christmas was gonna be the only way I was ever gonna afford one as a child. We got to Christmas and they had warned me already that they hadn't been able to get one. On Xmas morning they gave me Zelda and Red Steel (lol) to open, "just so I had something to open". Then at the end they produced this other box. Somehow they had managed to get the Wii and had kept me on the hook thinking I wouldn't get one that year. Such an awesome memory. Merry Christmas LSM :)

My biggest Christmas game memory was getting TMNT II The Arcade Game for NES as me and my brother's first gift and we both got yup and ran to go play it, leaving all our other gifts abandoned until later lol.

Hell yeah Gene, getting the SNES was my favorite Christmas memory as a kid (even though it was a combined gift for my brother and I). Years later, my second favorite memory was getting DKC3 for the SNES, mostly because as a 10 year-old who thought (incorrectly) that he was informed about games, I didn't even know a 3rd donkey kong game existed when I was unwrapping the present. Mind was blown.

I have two great Christmas memories: 1st - when my grandma got my brother and I silver and gold for gameboy color and a Nintendo 64 to share. 2nd - I was in 3rd 4th grade and my grandma got me Tekken 4, TMNT 2nd or third video game from 2003 show, prince of Persia sands of time and something else for ps2 but I can’t remember

Christmas 1997 I got crash bandicoot 2, symphony of the night, final fantasy 7 and nhl 98... then before my family members were leaving they told me- didnt he have some more presents? And my mom comes out of the kitchen with a big box and and some small which included N64, mario 64, lylat wars (starfox in US) and top gear rally. BEST CHRISTMAS EVER. EVER. going from crash bandicoot 2 and final fantasy 7 in my brothers room to my own and play mario 64 and starfox? get out of here!!! 10/10. Will never forget it.

One thing very annoys me about gaming media, they always talk about latest and greatest games. Always trying to catch that hype wave. And most of the time they talk for the sake of talking. Re: Indiana Jones - 1:16:01 obviously first person makes sense based on the gameplay but it matters on which came first. If it being an fps was decided first, then the gameplay is a limitation of using that perspective. If it was vice versa, then it’s a gameplay design issue.

@Dustin, THANK YOU. I constantly hear people say that Micolas Cage is one of the easiest bosses in Bloodborne, but for me he took me the longest to beat BY FAR. Orphan, Maria, Lawrence, etc… all of them I beat WAY faster. I think I beat Sword Saint Ishin faster than Micolash. He was so frustrating.

" If it annoyed you to learn about it, why risk spoiling it for others? You could have gotten the same point across without spoiling it. You give like 15 seconds from saying minor spoilers to the spoiler. If someone is driving, or walking or doing chores, 15 seconds is not much time to decide you don't want to hear the spoilers, find the device, find the pause button, and then FF. Then how far do I FF, how long are the spoilers? If it annoyed you to learn it, why would you risk spoiling it for others?

My Fromsoftware ranking as of now. 1.) Elden RIng 2.) Sekiro 3.) Dark Souls 1 4.) Dark Souls 3 5.) Bloodborne 6.) Dark Souls 2 7.) Demon's Souls But this constantly changes. For example Sekiro was my least favorite and I recently replayed it and it jumped very high.
