oh, i wish i could have this type of relation in my family. when im in the car with my family (mom, me, sister and father) if the radio is playing any song i know and i really like i cant even sing cause my father goes like "you listen to the song or you sing" and then i just stay quiet. its really annoying. i never really felt comfortable to sing or to do anything else when my father is in the same place as me. wish i could have a good time like this where all of us would be singing and just having fun. loved the video x

Have you ever dealt with wrist pain when you put pressure on them and excessive wrist cracking? If so how did you treat it? Great video!

Hi, I haven't experienced this pain. It takes time to build strength int he wrists when they undergo impact in gymnastics. Great recovery methods are icing and good nutrition! Hope this helps
