The goal is to have all the flour touch the ghee and create a homogeneous mixture. 4. **Knead the dough:** Knead the dough and set it aside for about half an hour to allow it to soften and become smooth. You can tie it in a muslin cloth or cover with a steel vessel. 5. **Prepare the dough:** After soaking for about an hour, knead the dough again until it is very smooth. 6. **Make small balls:** Make small balls of the same size. If the dough is sticky, put some dry flour on your hands while making the balls. 7. **Shape the kkul kuls:** Use a comb to shape the dough by pressing each ball and then locking it. 8. **Fry the kkul kuls:** Heat oil on medium flame. Test if the oil is hot enough by dropping in a small piece of the dough. If it comes up, the oil is ready. Reduce the flame to medium and fry the kkul kuls until they turn light brown. Be very careful when frying. 9. **Remove from oil:** Remove the kkul kuls when they are light brown. They will get their natural color after they cool down. 10. **Cool and serve:** Allow the kkul kuls to cool before serving. The video emphasizes that patience is required to make this sweet and it should be fried on medium flame to prevent burning from the outside and remaining raw inside.
