I'm tackling this one once again. The hardest part is the G# minor 7 chord at 13:16. So hard to keep that barre in place while stretching out the pinky. I'm going to keep beating on it however.

I am back after two years. I can actually stretch my pinky out now to play all the notes. However, I need to practice playing the song a few hundred times before coming close to sounding like this video. Maybe next year I will be ready to play it for someone else.

I have bigger hands than anyone I've ever met, I'm playing on a short scale child's guitar, and I still cant reach some of these chords. Some of these are inhuman. BUT THE SONG IS TOO PRETTY NOT TO LEARN

Good like Mike! I remember it took me quite a bit of practice to get it together when I was making this video. Just take it slowly, chord by chord if necessary.

Adrian, have you any idea how frustrating your version of this song can be to aspiring guitar players. Not all of us have spider-like fingers that can isolate each string perfectly. My strings are often muffled by another finger...Oh the humanities! However, an absolutely wonderful piece played beautifully. Thank you.

This might be very late, but I'm new to guitar and I just got a telecaster. I'm absolutely amazed how you got the telecaster to sound so "jazzy". I love jazz and I have just found out that these things called jazz amps exist. hi Adrian....i was wondering if you could teach us a gospel song or hymn...done in jazz format. I've been playing since 1971...took music in college as a minor .I just started picking up a couple jazz songs. I learned this Charlie Brown song in about an hour...you do excellent work. This is so beautiful. Last time I tried this it was way too hard, but I just picked it up again, and, well, it's still way too hard. I can play one of those chords, and it sounds so beautiful! But then half a song's worth of pause while I try to finger the next chord. I know it's not impossible, however; just maybe not for this Christmas!
