Sean I absolute love your channel! I get the greatest joy watching the dogs and you work on the farm. I was raised on a smaller farm. I milked cows when I was a little girl😊. I love black sausage (pudding) and can only purchase it from Scottish butcher or British grocery store. The butcher also has Ayrshire bacon and Gammon bacon 🥓. He usually only carries Haggis during the Christmas season. I must go get some black sausage soon. Lovely video today Sean..I learned a lot about cattle care.🐂❤

So enjoy your videos. I was fortunate enough to spend some time on a farm in Yorkshire and loved it. Loved the dogs and the different jobs in each season. So especially nice watching a young farmer and his dogs at work. Thanks for sharing your Christmas! The dogs look fantastic.

More than a year late, but Merry Christmas! We enjoy similar Christmas rituals with our own pups. My wife even puts up their own tree for them! Found your channel from my love of watching Border Collies getting to do what they were bred to do as they love. But you two from your videos appear to just be very awesome people yourselves. Thank you so much for sharing so much of your experiences with us. Wonderfully relaxing after the craziness this world seems to dish out daily now. Love and Peace! :)

Just subbed - love watching what you & your wonderful dogs do on your farm there. Seeing your senior dog light up like a puppy at the tennis ball gift - I loved that especially. Thanks for sharing your life & dogs! The border collies at work are AMAZING!! 🐕🎄 And your cattle all look very well tended to as well. Its good to show people who don't know how things are done on a farm such as yours to others. Very nice to see that.

I would be interested in having you explain a little bit more about what you were feeding the bullocks and cows in this video. And if possible, if you know, explain the difference in terminology that we use in the United States versus Scotland. Is silage some sort of a green crop you cut and then wrap in plastic and allow to ferment? You said you were feeding the cows straw, but in the US, I believe straw is the dried- stalks of grain crops once they've been harvested, like wheat and oats. While hay is cut green and allowed to dry and then bailed. Thanks!

January 2nd - to be honest I’m not on YT very often, so I’ve just discovered your Christmas video. It takes a lot of time to edit these longer videos, and I very much appreciate it! Sean and Stacey, I especially enjoyed your interactions with the pups opening their presents and cuddling on the sofa. It’s obvious how much you love them and that they are well cared for. One thing I’ve seen other creators do to promote their various social media platforms is pinning personal messages at the beginning of their videos such as “Please follow us on You Tube and subscribe,” or “Please follow us on TikTok.” It’s okay to promote yourself. And those of us who follow you on TikTok everyday could use a reminder when you post on You Tube. Not sure how sound editing works, but the fluctuation in levels makes it difficult to listen with headphones. I got blasted a couple of times, ouch! I realize you’ve just started making the longer videos for YT, and it will take time to perfect your process. I’m happy to be patient and adjust. Keep up the good work! Absolutely love watching all of your videos, thank you for them! ❤ You are Winston’s, my 3 year old BC’s favorite channel! Your house and carpet always seem so clean. How do you do it? I’ve had longer coated BCs since 1980 through 2019 when we lost our beautiful Jaxx. love them all. Always have had working lines, not interested in the show dogs that look too much like BC crossed with golden retrievers for my liking. The working breed is the same regardless of coat length, but Winston is our first smooth coat. We thought it might mean less tumbleweeds of coat blowout and it is, but he sheds every bit as much, just much finer hair. He’s my best friend, but boy that fine hair is everywhere! LOL.
